Evaluation and Review Services Adult Evaluation and Review
Services (AERS) provides assistance to functionally disabled adults who
are at risk of institutionalization. The AERS team conducts a
comprehensive evaluation to identify services available to help the
individuals remain in the community in the least restrictive environment
while functioning at the highest level independence and personal
well-being.
