HIV/AIDS
Services HIV Case Management - utilizes registered
nurses and licensed social workers trained and educated in the care of
the HIV client to provide services to persons living with HIV/AIDS. The
purpose of the program is to assist the individual and family in
locating and accessing needed medical, social and other services, to
coordinate services and care and to provide support and education.
Assistance is provided on funding availability.
Financial Assistance - Available for eligible persons living with
HIV/AIDS to purchase needed services for which the individual has no
resources. Services covered may include, but are not limited to, medical
needs, pharmacy assistance, home care, hospice, transportation, food,
housing and medical supplies. Clients must meet eligibility
requirements. All other resources must be explored and exhausted.
Seropositive Clinic - Provides medical care by infectious disease
specialist for uninsured or under-insured persons living with HIV/AIDS.
Dental Care - Provides dental care for persons living with
HIV/AIDS.

Appointments for counseling and/or testing are offered at no cost on:
Tuesdays 9:00 am to 11:00 am
Fridays 9:00 am to
11:00 am
Anonymous/confidential testing is available.
