     Medicaid Personal Care Program

The Medicaid Personal Care  Program provides assistance with activities of daily living to Medicaid recipients who have a chronic illness, medical condition or disability.  Services are provided by self-employed providers who are approved and monitored by a nurse case monitor from the health department.  Services are provided in the eligible individual's home or community residence.

Must be a Charles County resident and have a Maryland Medical Assistance Card
