Our mission is to help people with disabilities lead a healthy lifestyle in their own community by:

• Advertising all programs available where people with disabilities will be able to view them
• Increase the number of programs offered to all people 
• Increasing the use of health promotion resources, tools and inclusion strategies
• Eliminate barriers for people with disabilities who wish to attend community programs
