Family Planning is the process of choosing when to have children. The goal of the Maryland Family Planning and Reproductive Health Program is to reduce unintended pregnancy and to improve pregnancy outcomes by assuring that comprehensive, quality family planning and reproductive health services are available and accessible to Maryland citizens in need. The Program administers the Federal Title X Family Planning Grant. Maryland’s activities are consistent with the Title X’s mission “to provide individuals the information and means to exercise personal choice in determining the number and spacing of their children.”
CCHD Reproductive Health/STI Program respects your right to the privacy and confidentiality of the information that we maintain in your medical records. The information that you provide use is primarily maintained in a secure electronic file. Your information can only be disclosed with your written permission or by subpoena by a court judge.

We accept insurances, and those without insurance are charged on a sliding-scale.
 Appointments are available and walk-ins are accepted.

We see patients with and without insurance, patients without insurance are charged using a sliding scale, no one is turned away because of inability to pay.
