These clinics are only for middle school students out of compliance with their Tdap and MCV4 vaccines. If your child needs another vaccine other than Tdap or MCV4, please contact your child’s primary healthcare provider. If they do not have a primary healthcare provider, please contact the Health Department for an appointment for our child immunization clinic. Please find your child’s school below and use the corresponding link to register for the clinic.
