Substance Use Services

Substance Use Services is a program within the Division of Behavioral Health that provides outpatient Level I and Level II.I treatment to residents of Charles County and the surrounding areas.

WHO DO WE SERVE?

Our outpatient substance use program provides behavioral health services to residents of this county and other surrounding areas. We provide services to adolescents and adults who are experiencing substance use concerns.

WHAT SERVICES DO WE OFFER?

Substance Use Services offers individual, group, and family counseling using best practices and evidence-based practices. We provide level I and Level II.I treatment, Medication Assisted Treatment, jail based treatment, smoking cessation, peer recovery services, continuing care and care coordination, we are also treatment partners with the Family Recovery Court. Treatment approaches utilize a person centered, trauma informed approach.

All services are governed by strict confidentiality laws. At client request and completion of written consent, we also are happy to collaborate with stakeholders and supporters in our clients’ lives, reflecting our belief in a person centered, holistic approach to delivering services at our agency.
