Upcoming COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics

The upcoming clinics are for individuals ages 6 months and older. Vaccinations for 6 months to 5 years will be held at the indoor clinics only.
 
The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be available at each clinic. Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are available for ages 6 months and up, and Novavax is available for ages 12 years and up. Booster shots will be available at each clinic for those who are eligible.

Appointments are recommended and walk-ins are required to register on-site upon arrival.

1. Register for an Appointment

Register for an appointment using the registration links provided on the website.

2. Appointment Day

On the day of the appointment arrive approximately 10 minutes before your appointment time, bring a photo ID and COVID-19 vaccination card.
