The Charles County Department of Health, with support from the Maryland Department of Health and the CDC, will be able to provide funding to local community non-profit organizations for the time period of June 1, 2023 – May 31, 2024.

Competitive project bids are currently being accepted in the area of Addressing Health Disparities in Charles County. Funding will be based on size and quality of projects. Grant amounts range between $200-30,000 and will vary depending on the strength of the application and its proposed activities.
